Salmon Chowder.

Entrees:

Soy marinated Wahoo, sauteed sesame squash, scallion potato pancake in a wasabi creme fraiche.

Sumack crusted, grilled Filet Mignon served with roasted fingerling potatoes, ratatouille in a demi sauce.

Desserts:

 Calvados Spiced Apple Crepe with homemade vanilla ice cream. 

Dark Chocolate Cake with brown butter ice cream & salted caramel.
