Soup of the Day: Portobello Mushroom Bisque, drizzled with truffle oil.

Local Venison Shank, server with rosemary and apple bread pudding, garlic haricots verts, and a caramelized onion demi glaze.
Dessert: Quince Tart, with a vanilla custard.
Drink: Pamagarita: Pomegranate liqueur, tequila, triple sec, and lime, served on the rocks.
Dine with Tourterelle for Thanksgiving. Offering diverse choices from a traditional turkey breast with apple, cornbread, and sausage stuffing, to a "Truite farcie," trout stuffed with wild rice, pine nuts, and bacon in a sage beurre blanc, our three course Thanksgiving dinner is offered for $42/person. Noon - 4:30 p.m. Reservations a must.
